The ad is very significant because it spells out very clearly the point that Arpaio represents the old racist ways of the South. We should have learned the hard lessons of the civil rights movement and immediately condemned and sanctioned Arpaio. Having 60 Black Leaders condemn Arapio in this ad creates the necessary partnership we need to fight racists when ever and where ever they appear on the public stage. As a former public safety manager, I salute the Black leaders for stepping up and taking a stand against racism and public officials who try to create the law to oppress the people!
