Anti-immigrant group Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) issued a new press release earlier this week after the Supreme Court ruled that it will hear the case of the anti-immigrant Arizona law, SB1070. FAIR applauded the decision even though it is unlikely that the court will decide in favor of the anti-immigrant side.
