Dan Stein, the president of the anti-immigrant group Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) is scheduled to speak next Thursday, February 9 at a conference centered around Alabama’s harsh anti-immigrant law HB 56. The legal arm of FAIR, the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) drafted the legislation.
